Juvederm Ultra 2 contains biocompatible hyaluronic acid which is an injectable filler that provides instant results that are natural so no one will guess anything has even been done.
Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a natural substance found inside the human body. It’s key properties are to keep the skin hydrated whilst adding plumpness. HA naturally breaks down in the body during metabolism and is then replaced. However as we get older and our metabolism slows down, replacement of HA is less often which results in less hydrated skin and less volume in the skin.
Medical professionals have been using HA in arthritis treatment and during eye surgery.

WHAT CAN JUVEDERM ULTRA 2 BE USED FOR ?
Use this product for correcting minor wrinkles in the upper surface area of the skin dermis. Also use for defining lip shape and volume.
The gel containing lidocaine can be administered without any pain due to its smooth consistency.
How long will effects last ?
The effects of Juvederm Ultra 2 can be seen for up to 12 months.
Who should not use Juvederm Ultra 2
Pregnant or lactating women should not use Juvederm Ultra 2
If you are considering using Juvéderm™ ULTRA™ , then you must inform your Physician of any previous permanent products or body enhancing products you have used. You should also make them aware of any allergies, immune diseases and infections you have. Similarly if you have hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid.
The treatment should not be used in conjunction with any skin treatments including laser or dear abrasion treatment.
Individuals seeking correction of frown lines should also not use this product.
